Danielle (pronounced Da-KNEEL) can best be described as an amazing human dynamo. Those who share a tour with her as their guide are in the presence of a gifted renaissance woman. A true raconteur, Danielle weaves the stories and history of New Orleans into compellingly insightful and entertaining tours.
Trained as a Speech and Hearing Therapist, Danielle is married to a local pediatrician, is the proud mother of 6, and has a long history in corporate management, education and charitable work.
Danielle represents some of the most important and well-respected international tour companies and destination management companies. She is an active member of the Tour Guide Association of Greater New Orleans Inc., Save Our Cemeteries, Friends of the Cabildo, Friends of City Park and Friends of Audubon Park.
Not only has Danielle represented so many organizations so well, she is currently the tour guide instructor at Delgado Community College. Danielle teaches Tour Guiding 1, and is now personally responsible for teaching aspiring New Orleans tour guides the fundamentals of the profession while preparing them for the rigorous City of New Orleans Tour Guide Permit exam.
We are fortunate to have Danielle as a part of the New Orleans Food and Fun Tours family, because we share her dedication to providing an excellent experience to our valued visitors.
